Fun Ways to use Buckets for your Wedding
Whether you’re planning a traditional wedding or a casual backyard reception, there are a ton of ways that a simple metal bucket or pail can be a fun addition to the party!
For the flower girl… Call it obvious (or call it an adorable tradition), but a small pail filled with flower petals being carried down the aisle by a flower girl is a must for many ceremonies.
On the gift table… What better place for guests to put wedding cards than a bucket with the bride and groom’s names on it? (And you’re going to want an easy way to transport them at the end of the night anyway.)
At the bar… So many possibilities here, from large ice buckets filled with beer, to buckets of wine or champagne at every table. If the layout of your reception allows for it, you could even have ice buckets that hold 6 beers stationed around the venue (and replaced as needed!)
As table markers… It can be quite an amusing scene as your guests wander between tables trying to find the one that matches their place setting! Help them out with a wedding table numbered bucket. And if that bucket is chilling a bottle of something delicious…even better!
And last but not least… Flower arrangements! Whether as center pieces, hanging from chairs on the ends of the aisle, or decorative accents of any kind - there are approximately a million and one ways to use buckets and pails to hold flowers at your ceremony and reception. We’ll leave the details up to your imagination!
