United States Addresses: Order by December 20th (5pm EST)
The last day to order from Capcatchers for Holiday delivery is December 20th.
All last-minute orders--including personalized orders--placed by 5:00 pm, Eastern Standard Time, December 20th will ship on Friday, December 21st. Orders will ship via 2-3 Day Priority Mail.

International Shipments – 6-20 Days in Transit – Cost Estimated at Checkout
Most International orders ship by First Class Mail International, which is the most economical option. However, First Class International Mail shipments can take 6-14 days or longer to arrive. You may choose to upgrade your shipping to Priority Mail International, which reduces the time-in-transit to 5-10 days.

All orders over $49 shipping to the Continental United States receive free USPS shipping! (Alaska, Hawaii and international addresses excluded. Wholesale orders excluded.)
Refused or Undeliverable Packages
If a shipment is refused by the recipient or is undeliverable to the address provided by the recipient, the shipment will be returned to us. The recipient will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the package to an alternate address.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Transactions are considered completed when your order is scanned upon delivery to the address you provided. Capcatchers International is not responsible for orders that, once scanned upon delivery, are stolen, lost or "mysteriously disappear." If the UPS or USPS delivery driver deems the area safe, the order will be left unattended. No signature is required. If you are uncertain if your address is safe for unattended delivery, please use an alternate and safer address such as a business or commercial address or friend / neighbor / relative who is likely to be home.
International Tracking and Import Tariffs
For international orders, we ship via the United States Postal Service, which partners with the destination country's postal service for final delivery. The tracking number you receive will only track your package while it is in the care of the United States Postal Service. Once it is transferred to the destination country's postal service, the package may no longer be traceable. Furthermore, international shipments may incur import tariffs levied by the destination country. Capcatchers cannot estimate or collect duties ahead of time. Please check your country's import policies so that you know what to expect. We cannot reimburse import tariffs or international brokerage fees.
