Why Us?
Our full color printing capabilities allow for much more complex design than you'll find elsewhere, and our ability to run small batches means you don’t have to order thousands of pieces to get the cool promotional product you desire. (That is unless you want thousands of pieces--we can do that, too!)
How Long?
To serve you best, we keep our design team and production crew in-house so we can offer low one-time set-up costs and quick turn-around times. Our lead time is typically one month, from initial artwork submission to shipment of your order. Most of this time consists of the back and forth of proofs for approval. So, if you submit high-quality vector artwork and are easy to work with, the lead time could be reduced by half! But if you have a marketing department that must sign off on every detail, the process could take significantly longer.
Your Logo or Artwork
For best results, please submit high-resolution artwork in Vector format. Specify how many spot colors you hope to use or if you require Pantone® matching. Learn more about color specifics. There will be a one-time design and set-up cost, usually between $85 and $200, depending on complexity. If you would like our in-house design team to develop artwork for you, we can do that! Design costs for these kinds of projects will be quoted on a per-job basis.
Our Materials
Our Bottle Openers are solid steel, with two mounting screws included. Our Buckets and Pails are top quality galvanized steel with heavy-gauge bales and turned wood handles. Customization is produced using Scotchcal thermally impregnated vinyl appliqués. Our vinyl appliqués are a high-performance 3M Scotchcal Vinyl Film – the same material used on the graphics on airplanes, buses, and other vehicles. Once the material is cured to the substrate, it is substantially permanent and is highly weather resitstant and durable. Our printing process allows us to reproduce even the most detailed designs with bold, vivid color. It also lets us run relatively small quantities (50 and 100 pcs) without the high set-up fees that are cost-prohibitive for smaller breweries and businesses.
