Shipping Charges are Calculated Before Checkout - After you have placed all your items in your shopping cart, you can enter your zip code in the indicated field and your shipping cost will be calculated for you based on the weight of your order and its destination.

Live, Real-Time Shipping Rates! Capcatchers.com uses live shipping rates from UPS and the United States Postal Service. This ensures that customers pay only accurate and fair shipping charges.

Delivery Time Frame- All items are processed (including personalization) in accordance with the processing time frame listed on the product detail page and then are shipped via the method selected. Due to factors such as unexpectedly high demand, some items may take longer to process. If a situation like this arises we will notify you promptly via email. It rarely happens that we cannot process your order in the time frame indicated.

Expedited Shipping- We offer Next Day and 2nd Day Air shipments through UPS, and Express Mail through the US Postal Service. In your shopping cart you will be able to select the shipping method and cost that best fits your needs. Please Note: Orders containing Buckets and Glassware are considered Oversize/Overweight for UPS Air Service. They will incur a surcharge if Air Service is chosen. Capcatchers International reserves the right to change the shipping method of such orders back to Ground Service to avoid the surcharge. In the event that Air Service is required to meet a deadline, Capcatchers must contact the customer for authorization of the surcharge, which could delay the shipment of the order. In other words, please avoid selecting Air Service for buckets and glassware.

Time in Process and Time in Transit All orders are prepared to your specifications (whether personalized or not.) Processing times for individual products are indicated on the products’ order pages. Most will ship within 7 business days; many will ship even sooner. Once your order has shipped, time in transit depends on the shipping method chosen and your location. Check the time-in-transit map for UPS ground shipping times. (Please remember that shipment times are not from the date the order is placed but from the date it is ready for shipment.)

Ship From- Most orders are shipped from Newtown, CT 06470 or 06482. All order charges are calculated on shipping costs from CT 06470 or 06482.

Ship To- UPS orders can ONLY be delivered to physical U.S. Zip codes. Sorry, no P.O. Boxes or APO addresses will be accepted. P.O. Box and APO/FPO addresses (as well as Alaska and Hawaii) must use USPS.

Where We Ship - We ship to all 50 United States, to Canada, and to US Territories and APO/FPO addresses. Sorry, we do not ship to any other countries. For Canadian shipments we strongly recommend shipping via UPS. International shipments may incur duties, custom fees, or taxes upon arrival which are payable by the recipient.

More about Canadian Shipments - We strongly recommend shipping to Canadian locations via UPS worldwide shipping service. For UPS orders shipping to Canada, your shipping options include UPS Standard (3-7 business days), UPS Worldwide Expedited (3-5 business days) and UPS Worldwide Express (1-2 business days).
      Alternatively, smaller orders shipping to Canada may be shipped via USPS/Canada Post, but this method is not recommend. USPS/Canada Post shipments are not trackable, not insured and may experience lengthy delivery delays. Capcatchers.com is not responsible for lost/delayed packages that were shipped to Canada via USPS/Canada Post.
      Capcatchers.com is not responsible for any duties, taxes and brokerage fees associated with the shipments to destinations outside of the United States. Furthermore, Capcatchers.com is not knowledgeable about country-specific import regulations and will not be responsible for fees/damages associated with noncompliance. Rush Processing - Rush Processing is a flat fee of $14.50 per order. It allows us to speed up the processing of your order and get it out the door to you quicker. For rush personalized orders, we’ll ship it to you within 3 business days. For rush non-personalized orders, we’ll ship it to you within 2 business days. Most customers find that rush processing allows them to use ground shipment options instead of more expensive air shipments.

Insufficient Addresses- If you make a mistake or provide insufficient delivery information, UPS will charge an additional delivery fee or address correction fee ($5.00-$10.00) which will in turn be passed on to you.

Free Shipping- Capcatchers.com offers FREE Ground Shipping on all orders with a merchandise value of $299 or more (excludes any fees, taxes, and shipping/handling charges) within the 48 Contiguous United States (Excludes Alaska, Canada, and Hawaii). To activate Free Shipping on a qualifying order, enter the coupon code FREESHP299 in the "Coupon" field on the Shopping Cart page. Important: Free Shipping promotion must be used when placing the initial order. Credit will not be given for missed promotions.
For Returns on Orders with Free Shipping: If your order was shipped free and any returned merchandise reduces the merchandise total to below $299, you will be charged the normal shipping and handling charges for the adjusted order total.
