Affordable, Flat Rate Ground Shipping for All Orders* - Capcatchers ships all Standard Ground orders to the Continental United States for one low cost of $7.95 per order. (*Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii is via US Postal Service. Live rates from USPS are used.)

Expedited Shipping - We offer UPS Next Day and UPS 2nd Day Air expedited shipping. In your shopping cart you will be able to select the shipping method and cost that best fits your needs. Please Note: Orders containing Buckets and Glassware are considered Oversize/Overweight for UPS Air Service. They will incur a surcharge if Air Service is chosen. Capcatchers International reserves the right to change the shipping method of such orders back to Ground Service to avoid the surcharge. In the event that Air Service is required to meet a deadline, Capcatchers must contact the customer for authorization of the surcharge, which could delay the shipment of the order. In other words, please avoid selecting Air Service for buckets and glassware.

Shipping Charges are Calculated Before Checkout - After you have placed all your items in your shopping cart, you can enter your zip code in the indicated field and the shipping cost will be added to your total before you proceed to checkout. For shipping services other than Standard Ground, the cost will be calculated for you based on the weight of your order and its destination.

Delivery Time Frame - All items are processed in accordance with the processing time-frame listed on the product detail page, and are shipped via the method selected. In the unlikely event of a processing delay, we will notify you promptly via email.

Time in Process and Time in Transit - All orders are prepared to your specifications (whether personalized or not.) Processing times for individual products are indicated on the products’ order pages. Most will ship within 5 business days, and many will ship even sooner. Once your order has shipped, time in transit depends on the shipping method chosen and your location. Check the time-in-transit map for UPS ground shipping times. Please remember that shipment times are not from the date the order is placed but from the date it is ready for shipment.

Ship To – If you normally receive mail at a PO Box, you must also provide a physical ship-to address when placing your order. UPS will ONLY deliver to physical address. If we have to contact you for additional address information, this will result in a delay of your order. APO/FPO addresses (as well as Alaska and Hawaii) will be shipped via the US Postal Service.

Where We Ship - We ship to all 50 United States, to US Territories and APO/FPO addresses. We also ship to Canada, Western Europe, Australia and New Zealand. You may select your country from the drop-down menu at checkout. Sorry, but if your country is not on the drop-down menu, we do not ship to your country. International shipments may incur duties, custom fees, or taxes upon arrival which are payable by the recipient.

More about International Shipments - Orders under 4 lbs can ship via First Class International Mail. This is the most economical international shipping method available and is traceable and relatively reliable. Orders over 4 lbs must ship by Priority International Mail. Shipping costs include a mandatory insurance fee and may experience delivery delays. Capcatchers.com is not responsible for lost/delayed packages.
      Furthermore, Capcatchers.com is not responsible for any duties, taxes and brokerage fees associated with the shipments to destinations outside of the United States. Capcatchers.com is not knowledgeable about country-specific import regulations and will not be responsible for fees/damages associated with noncompliance. We strongly encourage you to research all country-specific facts, information and regulations prior to placing an order.

Rush Processing - Rush Processing is a flat fee of $18.50 per order. It allows us to speed up the processing of your order and get it out the door to you quicker. For rush personalized orders, we’ll ship it to you within 3 business days. For rush non-personalized orders, we’ll ship it to you within 2 business days. Most customers find that rush processing allows them to use ground shipment options instead of more expensive air shipments.

Insufficient Addresses - If you make a mistake or provide insufficient delivery information, UPS will charge an additional delivery fee or address correction fee ($5.00-$10.00) which will in turn be passed on to you.

Refused or Undeliverable Packages - If a shipment is refused by the recipient or is undeliverable to the address provided by the recipient, the recipient will be responsible for the cost of returning the package to us.

Lost or Stolen Packages - Transactions are considered completed when your order is scanned upon delivery to the address you provided. Capcatchers.com and Capcatchers International are not responsible for orders that, once scanned upon delivery, are stolen, lost or "mysteriously disappear." If the UPS or USPS delivery driver deems the area safe, the order will be left unattended. No signature is required. If you are uncertain if your address is safe for unattended delivery, please use an alternate and safer address such as a business or commercial address or friend / neighbor / relative who is likely to be home.
